1. Registration with INVESTIDO
In the first step you only need to enter your e-mail and password. You will then receive a confirmation of the registration. Once your email address has been verified, you can access the client section.

2. Identification and signing the general contract
To start investing, you need to fill in your identification data. After entering them, you will be asked to sign the General Contract of Participation. You will again receive a confirmation code by email. The contract will be accessible at any time in your profile.

3. First payment to your Wallet
After entering your identification details, a unique variable symbol will be generated for you, which can be found along with your account number in the Wallet section.

4. Invest
Once the payment has been credited to your Wallet, you can start selecting your first property to invest in.

After registration, a profile will be created for you in the INVESTIDO Portal, to which you can then send funds under the variable symbol indicated in the Wallet. Then you just need to choose a specific participation, the amount you want to invest, choose an investment strategy and confirm the investment. The selected investment will be added to your "My Investments" section and you will start earning the next day.

You can deposit or withdraw funds as needed in the "Wallet" section. Once you have credited the money, you choose the property and the amount you want to invest. Money is usually deposited into the Wallet immediately (after crediting our account). In case of withdrawal, you will receive the money within 3 days in your bank account.
The minimum amount of investment is 500,- CZK, the maximum amount is 1 000 000,- CZK.

Your invested money is appreciated in two ways, namely:
1) Monthly payment of a proportional part of the rent (share of the Rent)
2) appreciation of the property over time (expected property appreciation)

Thanks to the long-term experience of our colleagues, we are able to find properties in the real estate market that are undervalued, but at the same time have a high potential for growth and a promising return.
The apartments added to the application are usually renovated or in very good condition and with a paying tenant.

If you decide to sell your investment, you can do so in the "My Investments" section by clicking "I want to sell". The property will then be transferred to the "Secondary Market" section where another investor can buy your share.
The fee for the sale of the share is 1.5% of the invested amount and the client also loses the right to receive their share of the expected property appreciation.

Rental yields are typically between 4.5% and 6% per annum. However, if we add the property appreciation at the end of the investment, the returns average over 10% per year.

The yields from your share of the Rent are automatically credited to your Wallet on the Portal each month (always on the 1st of the following month), from which you can withdraw or reinvest the funds. At the end of the investment round, we will also calculate your share of the Property Appreciation. This profit will be credited to your Wallet no later than two calendar months after the end of the investment.

At the end of the investment, you will receive the amount you invested along with a share of the Property Appreciation back in your Wallet. You can then choose a new investment opportunity.

INVESTIDO is an Investment Portal for all individuals over the age of 18.

This type of investment generally carries less risk as each such investment has a specific property behind it at its end.
